Even when you ready to start up a new company, you are very much concerned about these two stuffs.What are they ?
Ltd and Inc.
Ltd refers to Limited. This term is basically used for a small company, which has limited number of owners. Best example is Larsen and Toubro ( L & T ) limited.
Inc. refers to Incorporated. From the word itself, we can clearly identify there are a large number of owners. Best example is our daily using social network Facebook ( FB ) Inc.
